Query: Bulger (or Bulgier)

A visitor to the Genealogy Research Room at the Quitman Public Library, Teresa Williams, was visiting in-county looking for the burial place of Louida May Taylor Bulger (or Bulgier).

She had information that Louida May had been buried in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Mineola. However. a handwritten note in the office there indicated that Louida May had been moved to the Quitman City Cemetery in 1982. Teresa said she had found what she considered to be the location of Louida May’s burial site at Roselawn but is puzzled by the move since she believes there was no family here in 1982 to request that removal.

If you have any information which might help Teresa with this puzzle, you can contact her at gmom7@aol.com. Also, please post here so that we all can also know more about this story.

Also, Teresa said that she was told while at Roselawn that all of their records prior to 2000 had been destroyed.
