Free Access to the 1930 Census Online This Weekend

Probably as a promotion for the fact that the 1940 Census will be released to the public in April, Ancestry.com is offering free online access to the 1930 census this weekend (Feb. 18-190 at this link: http://search.ancestry.com/search/db.aspx?dbid=6224&o_iid=50353&o_lid=50353&o_sch=Web+Property.

    Note that the index (without images) to the 1930 Census is always available free and without registration at FamilySearch.org. (The earlier census records there include images.) http://goo.gl/PHTru
