I am looking for any information on the Thomas Family of Wood County. My great grandmother was Maybelle Young and she was married to J. W. Thomas. J. W. ‘s father was William Edward Thomas and he was married to Louisa Dyess. I have a lot on the Dyess side but very little on the Thomas side. William Edward Thomas died in Wood County on November 14, 1917. His father was Joseph Thomas who was born in Tennessee, I think.

I too am looking for Thomas mine is Wlater Coleman Thomas born 1900..he father i think was a Andrew J (maybe Jack) and his mother was said to be Elizabeth Ruth (from Missouri) other daughters janie,Julia and Alice from what i have found on a census,,Andrew or AJ married a Sadie/Sudie Lagrone,,if any of this contects plz contact me
