I am trying to find an obit on Donald Day. SSDI shows that he died on 29 Mar 2007 and was last receiving benefits at Yantis TX. Please advise.

HI: I will try to find it in our Obits, if possible, Yantis is in Wood Co, partially but it may be in Hopkins Co, TX. if it is a rural route west of town. Maybe Wednesday. 24th Dorothy H
Hello: After so long a time, I finally got to look up your query. I have not found an Obit for Donald Day. We have had some bad luck with
our ladies that keep the Obit up to date, they have passed on. We are in the process of looking up old obits that have been long neglected and plan to get more in our books ASAP. I will keep you in mind, tho.
However, I have found a Obit for Marjorie Ruth Day, husband was Donald D. Day, surviving her in 2005. Marjorie & Donald were married for 63 yrs. They were from Yantis, TX. Maybe yours and we will let you know if Donald’s Obit does show up while searching.
We are a volunteer society and don’t have a lot of time for research, but if we can help you, we will try as time permits.
